a consolidation before the inevitable next CR is a must, we will need to raise some serious capital and the BEOT are not interested in getting involved with a multi billion share base, far easier to raise at say 360 million shares than 3.6 billion shares. Certainly would not harm to get rid of a few thousand shareholders too, most of which are smaller Marshy followers who got burnt in the fluff era.
