Oh common, you are either pretending to know more than you do or fearmongering which one is it?

We all know perfectly well that any debt provider changes their risk metrics depending on macro environments. As debt providers go risk of, they move away from producing companies that are looking to purchase more assets, like lithium, coal, bauxite deposits etc, unless the numbers really stack up and sales is not affected and they can service the debt, especially those that work off spot prices.

When debt providers do this, they then start to have to look at companies that can back up their numbers as they still need to lend monies to make monies, all of a sudden the pool gets a lot smaller. They are looking for surety of repayment and success. ADN is selling a rare commodity that will not be affected by changing environments, especially with the geographical locations they are spanning with the BoA's and locking in agreements. The difference here, is the sale price is not affected by the macro environment like commodities with spot prices.

ADN is perfect for debt providers when this happens, ADN are building up their BoA's and providing numbers with locked sales prices, costs are also likely to decrease rather than increase, any debt provider will obviously do their due diligence into all this, and ADN is now derisking very nicely.

The video that Virtual posted along with mine shows exactly how an industrial mineral mine should get up and running. ADN is following this to a T.
Depending on which BoA comes first ADN likely only need 1 or 2 BoAs to produce volumes for 1a+. Once this is done it should not be long until FID & Funding.

This is all basic stuff, something that Harb's clearly does not understand or is fearmongering, which one is it Harb's?
