I'd hope this after market wasn't shorters.. To possibly have closed ~ 1/5th to 1/6th of total outstanding shorts in one huge transaction at 22c - I personally think if it is the case of covering, they've been let off easy.. 8 million shares on market would push the price to atleast 25-30c, and that also assumes additional sellers making orders while the price is moving up (more walls being built).
All in all I hope this isn't the case - They'd have been let off to easy.
