The way it's been kept down, I can confidently say that whenever it hits 1.2c, it would go straight to 1.4-1.5c in the same day. We might not see incremental changes from 1 to 1.1 and 1.2.

That's a likely scenario when the scoping study comes through. It's probably sitting where it is now while people wait.
