Adding to the response from @prolifix above, they have been doing good background work for permitting. Some drill holes were done for water monitoring recently. All part of the process. The mine plan is also relevant for this.
They have also been identifying areas for a waste dump. Other than overburden, the main waste element is sand after dry processing. No toxic tailings to manage.
I don’t see anything that will delay the permitting. Literally!
