ALL IMO you are over thinking this...

You actually contradict yourself saying on one hand DSO is the saviour and then question whether the business case for DSO is there!

ADN have interested parties for HRM and for ceramics and coatings.
ADN should pursue the business case (DFS) at hand, whilst exploring other opportunities.
...and yes I too think ADN should have an offtake for HRM by now.

We all need to stop thinking we know better than management.
As investors we have 2 options, trust management or sell our share of the coy.

Fact - ADN are hiring staff (up to 30) to move this beast to production
Whilst not sexy information, it is a great endorsement that management are confident of the DFS and making it to production.


Changing strategy mid stream is risky and can restart the clock to production
I can see why they dropped DSO and prefer an added value product for better margins
(cost of transport arguably killed DSO)

If ADN dropped everything and went an all HPA strategy, I would seriously question management and my investment position.
HPA is a relatively high CAPEX at 2-4 times what they are currently contemplating in the DFS
Yes, the revenue numbers are high, but remember a HPA opportunity doesn't just disappear because we have other bread and butter solutions we can make revenue from in the near term.
