Maximum time a company can be held in suspension on the asx is 2 years and then they are delisted if issues aren't resolved. I would not be surprised if this happens here... nothing is going in their favour and the government are squashing them to death. Either way lakes should not have been relisted under the relaxed guidelines of drilling one shallow csg well. I do hope something happens and soon but to me there should be a class action against this suspension. Relisting for just enough time for interest and money to roll in and then placed in an indefinite suspension shortly after is bloody criminal!! No update on the lakes website in nearly a year and nothing from asic! Stinks of corruption.
