I think some kind of accountability would do very good here. it will also install some new positive outlook knowing the incompetent has been removed/repositioned and an experienced person with right caliber is appointed.

I doubt anyone is so unrealistic thinking this can go without some failure. however, accountability or demotion or salary cut can do a lot of damage control. especially after this kind of disappointing outcome. No one can deny this could have done much better.

knowing the same manage is going to run this show all over again and proceed to 10k doesn't get my confidence up. Before, we were led to believe it is matter of minor adjustment. now, I and many other are unsure if this is going to even work. especially when they are keeping alot of info away from us share holders
