I do find it surprising that management from any company does not have to announce to the market when they have been approached for a takeover!
Market sensitive information ? HELL YES I would have thought.
When a company talks about the 3rd bid and the market knows nothing?
Very weird in my view.
Does anyone know why they don't have to tll shareholders or the market if an approach is made?
Just asking out of my own interest.
