because this can take some time - not 100% in our control. would be against our focus on (accelerated) time to production. worst case scenario for us is wasting time. now we have the cards in our own hand, we are cashed up and can push construction (once permits are there) - this gives us also more time to negotiate off-take/prepayment etc.... it also shows potential off-take partners how determined we are, and that off-take decisions need to be made soon (so decreasing "customer power" if you want).
