No Strategic partner and no off take agreemant. LOVE THIS!
Great in that we can maximise the current price of Lithium in Brine and LCE, not like some other companies who have have sold product{ in foresight} very cheaply.
Some companies need to do this to fund their mines and construction.
Luckily we have some cash, lets hope it lasts for a while so we don"t need to sell future off take or a share of HMW.
Either of these would boost our SP in the short term but long term we will get to our multiples anyhow.
Just my late night thoughts.
