Yes... But my point being that due to the BRICS alliance I don't see that being an option. Brazil have made it clear of their allegiance to China and with the adoption of the new currency (BRICS), I don't see any bidding war happening involving the US as what will China have to say about their ally siding with their greatest enemy.
