Probably Westfield's fault for giving them the wrong instructions for hooking up 3 phase instead of single phase plug in. Wouldn't surprise me , but thesr EV's certainly pack a ' punch ' on the high voltage . Hence the regime of safety procedures including the requirement of TWO certified mechanics working on them at most times when servicing the battery and other electrical related issues. Who knows , but I would reckon it would have been Westfields misunderstanding of the set up requirements for the display.
