Are you kidding me? Yes Altura went bankrupt. It went into administration which means an independent person had to step in and take control of the company because James Brown couldn't do his job properly.
All the shareholders, including YOU, lost their money. He of course, lost nothing.
The administrator decided the best course of action was to sell off the assets. Doesn't matter if this decision was sneaky, underhanded, or pre-arranged, James Brown let it happen, period.
