▪ The Company has accepted an unsolicited approached from Collins Street
Asset Management in respect to a private placement. The placement is to fall
within its flagship value fund, CSVF and its specialist long only gold fund,
CSSSF2

The Placement will comprise the issue of 45 million fully paid ordinary shares (New Shares) to raise
$1.8 million (before costs) at an issue price of $0.04 per share. One (1) attaching unlisted option will
be issued for every two (2) new shares allocated in the Placement, exercisable at $0.06 and expiring
24 months from the date of issue.
