1) because he can and everyone can. This is a forum for discussion. If you don't want to look at someone's post you can ignore that particular.

2) Second and the most important one, many holders here paid the tuition fee for a life lesson. So they are posting here to share their knowledge, so others won't have to pay such hefty fee again. That's kind of like a sweet deal anyway.
