Yes you can, here are some example tickers that filed their Form F1/A around the same time as IXHL
You can see what forms can follow such as:
8-A12B - Registration of Securities
424B4 Prospectus supplement with pricing info.
As you can see from the examples sometimes (but always) turnaround can be just a couple of days.
