buy back or dividends in 2024 seems irresponsible.
2024 goals should be:
* ramp up production (without increasing debt excessively)
* then pay off all debt (lotus, the new one)
* grow savings to 50 million before we think about buy backs
just getting cash flow positive is key, that will signal to markets a buy back will come and that itself (without a buy back) will result in buying boosting the stare price.
buy back is essence is the company buying shares if they remain cheap, e.g. $3 or less
