Plant #2 was structurally complete soon after this Presentation ! Plant #2 was ready for DPIM inspection just 50 days later..
The Care and Maintenance team had 6 YEARS to understand exactly what was need to get it running !
6 YEARS !!
Maybe instead of spending there day's stealing all the copper wiring they could have made detailed reports on what was needed..
6 YEARS they had !! 6 YEARS !!
Shareholders are distressed today with a 6 month delay because Mgmt have been asleep, that's a fact !
