I didn't book a demo on the website because I had already trialed the capability extensively using the Barcelona travel agent. I also didn't contact the CEO directly because, why would I? I certainly can. But you would think that submitting an enquiry would be enough to attract at least a reply. I did get an automated email directly after I submitted the enquiry, but that basically says that we will be in contact which they didn't. I guess what highlights is that all the additional people around marketing and new business recruitment they have been bringing on does not seem to be transferring to at least responding to inquiries on their website anyway.
