I agree. I have noticed a 45k unit sell pop up at 33.5c. Which is madness because the only developments that could possibly take us to that level will actually propel us well beyond that number.
But we all know thats just an arms length sale to help keep the weight on the sell side. Good luck to them if unexpected finance news dropped.
