Love the section which states that critical minerals including graphite coming from a jurisdiction outside the US which has a FTA with the US get the 10% tax break. He also acknowledges that it would be impossible to fill the raw material gap for the US EV demand between now and 2024. In other words, we need another 90 Siviours. I think I've heard that somewhere before.
