Good news for the share price, but probably not good news for share holders.

Skip Capital has been a major shareholder. They got another 12.5% of shares on Friday I believe, and that will take them to around 20%. Getting a bidding war happening will be difficult in that context, but one never knows.

I believe the value of the current assets and piepieline is much greater than 23c. However, the shares trade at a discount because of Management's poor track record with capital allocation. Putting this in private equities hand, no doubt they will be able to create more value. Though I reckon the 50% gain on today's share price will be far from the 5x Genex should be over next few years.
