my only guess is there is a bloody big hole that they are drilling at the moment and they've already run into one problem and maybe there is a risk aversion to them pretty much going the build alone. once it was clear they weren't going to get a partner a while back it's been struggling ever since.
10% drop today though has my spidey senses wondering if both the tunnel and the company have leak issues..... all speculation!
