    find out first from you size/weight/age, when you are over/under weight.
    Figure out how many kilo's you aim to loose.
    Than create an excercise plan/diet plan.
    Not worth train like a maniac and afterwards you hungry like a wolf and eat empty the frigde without control.

    You need to be ready in your mind.
