they all pretend they don't like the PPL, but would still vote for abbott even tho' his (for want of a better word), "policy" will be mountainous in costs compared to an actual infrastructure they wish call a white elephant
yet they are still happy for the coalition to waste 2/3's of labor's costs just so we can spend oodles more for the obvious necessity for upgrades once the copper network fizzles
not hard to tell that the original source author has pretty much zip knowledge of technology nous
