Summarize all your complains, we have inefficient marketing. Perhaps, mind to put up several good suggestions on how the management should do the task? Any positive feedback is always more than welcome than lamenting on the past.
I believe putting the store in prominent location is a no brainer for anyone to figure that out...what about the rental or run out of such prime area? I think management may have their reason for that.
I did a simple google search on key words such as hair fall or hair loss, first 2 page, not even single one related to evolis/fgf5 or anything we are talking about here. Also, we have very poor online and video presence.
Anyway, Im looking forward for the eyelashes product release... a less competitive market with huge demand. There is only Latisse for eyelashes....and it is a prescription drug because its eye drop is use for glaucoma. Australia do not market latisse.
