    Note the 1.125% Royalty cancellation announcement on 4/12/2019.

    "AMPL terminated a 1.125% historical vendor royalty on Abra by entering into a "
    transaction with the individual royalty holder. Under the transaction, AMPL has paid
    consideration for the royalty termination of: $1.6 million in cash; plus 7,000,000 shares in
    Galena"
