4 payments are better than 3. Makes it much easier for things like plane tickets. Would be interesting to know how their checkout process compares because after using Afterpay myself it's simpler than any other payment method I've used whether it's PayPal, Payza, Stripe integrated site, Shopify site etc.

The other thing that could also potentially add a lot of value to Afterpay is forex. Paypal makes about 2-3% on forex spreads so when APT offers currency alternatives they too can make a quick margin on FX. Paypal is notoriously sneaky and tries to default FX prior to billing the card instead of charging the card the FX which works out much better when you have a forex free credit card.
