That's how i understand it - although since the index is thin on players and SLX contribute to a rare space, which is enrichment technology (i.e they are not a miner) I would have thought that for the timebeing at a market cap of `$128m they should be fairly secure on the Solactive index. Many other aspirant player are explorers who are much smaller (and more insecure) than SLX. Most of the bigger enrichers (Areva (France), Tenex (Russia), CNNC (China), etc) are government owned or at least have large government shareholdings and therefore not eligible for the index.
