Success = SP increase = less dilution to raise more money to pay for more sats. I.E we know they'll need $150 mil to launch 200 sats. Why raise it all now at a low price when you can raise it ever increasing prices. Makes sense to me. Also they may have other areas of funding waiting in the shadows.
