Did overhear a couple of things. Peter Meager introduced himself to Rio for the first time. He said this voting issue was a 'side issue' of the company, and all that mattered was what was in the ground. He said the Chairman should have approached the shareholder to make them happy prior to this meeting.
Rio said they had been trying to get in touch with Kalahari, with no success.
On a personal note Rio said to me they wanted what is best for 'all' shareholders, and was a little disappointed at the current situation and said it may go on for a while.
Overall I got an impression Meager is for Kalahari.
