Like you, they're averaging down.
But unlike the rest of us, they have the ethically dubious relationship with Yacov where they can demand that previously agreed share prices get reduced.
At the expense and dilution of the rest of us.
No doubt Yacov will reward himself a performance bonus for making this deal happen.

I hope he does get his performance shares would be mean the market cap has reached the level they set and shareholders SP will be increased, all good for me
