Hi Happy888, I also lodged the transfer application again this morning and see what they have to say this time. Not sure about the US lawyer part, maybe it's the difference between DRS and DWAC transfer (DWAC also needs something like "Medallion Guarantee" etc. seems more complicated)? From my last year's emails with CommSec International they seemed having accepted the DRS option ticked in the ACAT form that i initially sent them. I guess if a lawyer is really needed/compulsory for removing restrictions on every existing ASX holder's GMVD share holding at the VStock Transfer, then the best way i recon is for the GMVD management (or their legal team) to engage with the VStock Transfer and help remove all (they really should if they can I would strongly argue, considering the whole ordeal so far and anyone wise/with conscience just wouldn't want to put more hassles on the already stressed old ASX holders anymore)
