Hi Guys,

I have spoken with Yacov and Kobi (CFO) not alot of details provided. I spoke with commsec, vstock and legal council in US.

Process is get shares unrestricted
Only way that happens is with a legal opinion letter from US
I engaged - Jessica Kinslow Haggard @anthonypllc.com>- [email protected] & have now completed process for legal opinion ($500 usd)
Vstock have never mentioned a fee to me for transfer
They need the Vstock holding report and confirmation of buys from broker plus a few other details and waivers signed
Jessica open to discount if she gets bulk people 20 +

Can anyone confirm consolidation details, I am sure I can dig them out but if anyone can confirm from ASX consolidated like 3 times for memory - I just need to validate exactly what it was again in order to validate and confirm the vstock legend to ensure it's right.

I've also had several conversations with the Hoot guy on twitter and he's providing a lot of coverage on twitter
