Thanks Galilee. Is they were really thinking about their shareholders maybe some consideration could be given to the time zones which suit the greatest number of shareholders? Only way they can expect a quorum. Also some up to date information on company performance could be useful to avoid a number of questions on the subject. Little point in trying to re litigate the past. Hopefully the directors and management have learned something about technology, its development and how to manage a company? Some real time facts/stats and honesty would be a useful place to start the process.
