Hawkers, imo you are dead wrong - sort of. In some places, the crash is occurring right now, I know that for a fact having just 'vulched' a family home for myself in Melbourne's West. In some places prices are stable. In some places, prices are going up.
City-level median values are far too generic to describe the picture on the ground.
