1 share forced the close to be 1.2c otherwise it would have been 1.3 for every other trade at the close.
The 10 minutes after official time are an auction, every deal trades at the same price, this can be pushed to close lower or higher, in this case someone sold 1 share to make it close at 1.2c.
This could be due to them buying up in the close and wanted to buy at 1.2c instead of 1.3c, sell a few to make it cheaper for your majority buy. Whatever it was someone wanted it to close at 1.2c, it could be due to the weekend, trying to shake loose hands that only look st stocks/here at the weekend, who knows??
