UBS, rather than defend charges of gold market manipulation, has thrown in the towel and is preparing to settle with authorities on allegations of gold market rigging. No doubt the other banks will follow; UBS to Settle
Unfortunately I guess now we will never get to know the true extent of bank criminality, but we can still rub it in the noses of those who defended the purity of the gold market for so long.
