When you look at it like that, you'd be nuts to sell now. A decent hit of Niobium from an Auger wouldn't hurt either, could potentially be a triple whammy. Most people seem to think the Niobium is just a pump, but I beg to differ as the positioning of the tenements is hard up against the biggest and best producers' boundaries.
