B2 sold its Nicaraguan assets last night which further strengthens the balance sheet and tidies up the company's assets to only higher quality mines. The B2 development pipeline is definitely short of a quality project. Still more likely to be WAF I think than CDV. I know Mark at IKN (Canadian focused mining newsletter) has also touted B2 as a takeover candidate for a major as well.

Left field candidate might be Regis. Strong open pit mining experience and has previous history working in West Africa with predecessor company Equigold (Bonikro Mine in Ivory Coast). I think there are only a few countries that the WA mid-tiers would venture into and Ghana would be among them.
