people are making a profit on second hand cars, selling them for more than they bought them for, real estate NE Vic Southern Riverina hardly has time for the for sale sign to be erected, a farm sold for $15k and change an acre not including water rights and not so long ago similar was around $5k to $6k an acre, my speccies are doing OK, my safe stocks (lol) getting smashed, had a stock tick off a very important box and nothing!, it seems the riskier the better, i said goodbye to my only Li stock today as the last month or so was unbelievably volatile, too much for me lol
