The chart below is what it will look like if it closes at 5c.
On disappointing news from Europe tonight, tomorrow’s price will be unpredictable and probably volatile as the market looks forward to QE3 news that night.
If the Fed also disappoints, 4.5c might be as a good a guess as any.
The market is telling us to expect good news.
If the market is right, the chart looks set up for a move towards the mid to high 5’s.
