There was a reported comment from Iggy Tan at the AGM, saying that it may be several days after 14th Dec before the German Government inter-ministerial committee's decision is made public.
Also the KfW-IPEX bank committee has to formally approve the loan - this should be a fait accompli once the inter-ministerial committee has approved the guarantee.
