Simply wait another 7 years or so when there is another crash, correction or whatever you want to call it and you'll get to buy more cheapies, then participate in the SPP again wait 18 months or so and be back in the happy position we are in today.
Oh and thats just with ANZ, there are many more stocks that have shared the happiness about too.
The highest I have purchased ANZ for is $30.95 on 26 April 2007 but I find buying parcels frequently (I apply this to all of my blue chips) and holding means that I don't have to worry to much about price fluctuations.
Although I do try to buy larger parcels on the dips.
Thats my long winded way of saying $19 is just a number.
