Really it doesn't take much to run a cable in conduit from the DB board to charger in the car park. it wont matter what the consumer thinks, soon that is all there will be to buy unless you want a second hand car, in which case you could still buy petrol or diesel. Soon enough decade or 2 and you wont be able to do that either.
