have been searching for traditional English pork sausages in Melbourne without success. Does anyone know a butcher or specialty UK shop perhaps that has them? Hard to describe exactly what the difference is but memories from a trip their some years ago suggests there's something special that I cannot find here.
BTW I use the boil then fry method and it is the only way to cook a sausage
