    What ever happened to capital markets "seizing up" and capital being "extremely difficult" to raise in the current "economic environment" to the extent that it was unavoidable to gift shares to Regal at a 30% discount...??? This joker needs to tender his resignation with immediate effect while trying not to let the door hit him in the head on his way out...!!!
