As I mentioned previously, the landscape of the current graphite market and the funding environment look to have scuppered BAT's development plans in the short term. I still believe there is value in the BAT stock (multiples of that it trades at today) over the longer term. The fundamental outlook is strong, but the challenge for BAT is to preserve the value of the asset and keep the capital structure in tight check to ensure that when the value time does come, we all retain reasonable leverage to it on a per share basis.
