I am certainly aware that stock in FairStar has been secured at $1.50+ blue chip promised.
It is slap in the face to so many holders that the AGM seemed to be a Status Quo, with members of the management haunting their faces like cheap motel signs. All they needed to do was solicit the top 20 holders to get every resolution passed.
